Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → TiToLeave, or open the App Store, tap your profile, and choose Subscriptions. You can also reach it from TiToLeave's own Settings screen.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days free. It becomes a paid subscription only if you don't cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete my server data. That erases everything tied to your install from our servers. Because TiToLeave has no accounts and stores no name or email, there's nothing else to delete. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

My Leave-By looked wrong. What do I do?

Correctness is the whole point, so please tell us. Email support with your route, date, and what happened, and (from the app's Settings) tap Email diagnostics so we can see exactly what the engine did. That log lives on your device and is only sent when you send it.

Why does it ask for "Always" location?

So it can watch traffic and notice you've left even when your phone is locked. Your continuous location never leaves the device. Only the leaving point you pin and the drive-time estimate are used. You can keep it on "While Using" and the app still works, with less background coverage.

Does it guarantee I'll make my flight?

No tool can. TiToLeave gives you the best Leave-By it can from live data and nudges you hard, but traffic, security, and airline changes are real. Use your judgment. See the Terms.
