What TiToLeave is

TiToLeave computes a recommended time to leave for the airport ("Leave-By") from your flight, live traffic, and live flight status, and pressures you to act on it through alerts and a Live Activity.

It's guidance, not a guarantee

TiToLeave gives you the best recommendation it can from real-time data. It is not a guarantee that you will catch your flight. Traffic, security lines, airline changes, and your own pace are outside our control. You are responsible for your travel decisions and for leaving enough time. Always use your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, or any costs arising from your reliance on the app.

Subscription & billing

TiToLeave is a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial. Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Purchases, trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account, under Apple's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it, and don't use it to violate any law. We may suspend access that does.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it depends on third-party data (maps, flight status) and your device and network. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app or here, with an updated date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of TiToLeave.
